Integrating Talent Management to Drive Business Outcomes

While HR leaders are highly effective at executing key talent management processes (e.g. 360's, employee surveys, performance management), the opportunities to link these processes to business outcomes and integrate all of the business drivers into one dashboard for the CEO, still remain. Our ROI-driven business environment requires that HR understand how they impact results and create an analytics-based people strategy. Through this webinar, Scott Mondore and Shane Douthitt of Strategic Management Decisions will describe how to show the direct business impact of talent management and how to communicate these integrated results to C-suite executives.
